How to add all the users of the Organization into PowerApps Environment .

Hi ,

Most of the users are missing the users list of the PowerApps environment , even though no security groups is Configured , its difficult to manually add all the users of the organization into the environment one by one,

is there any automated way to make all the AD users available as PowerApps environment users.

please help me with this,

Hi Harshith,

We don't have such functionalities available in dcrm. See the below screenshot it is telling you need to add one by one.

Hi,

You can create power automate to fetch all AD users and loop through each users in flow then call Force user sync action to sync user to your enviornment.

There is a template avaialble in power automate for force sync user -

So instead of creating flow from scratch you could modify this template based on your requirement.
