Form captures are a reliable way to capture leads from form fills on the website. As of now they are only available in the outbound area, will they be moving to the Real-time environment?
Unfortunately, the feature not support cusrrently.
As the documentation mentioned: The ability to capture the content of forms not created with Dynamics 365 Marketing does not currently exist.
Currently, Real-time marketing form have two publishing options.
The first option generates a JavaScript code snippet that allows you to embed the form on your website. The second option creates a standalone page with your form.
Maybe you can create a new idea through the below URL, then ask your colleagues to raise up the votes. Ideas (dynamics.com) Our product team has direct visibility of these ideas and they will implement it on the basis of the highest number of votes received.
