CRM Application for Ticket Booking Management

Dear All,

               I am new to CRM application developement. I have a requirement of Ticket booking process

like take ticket for visiting a place(museum).The visitors may be bulk or individual.The ticket agents will charge 

an amount for each ticket.How can i track these with a CRM application.I am planning to do the application

with visual studio 2013.

From where i have to start. Please help me .

    Hi Nidhincee

    Yes you could build this using the Products and Pricelists feature in CRM, however if you need a way for non crm users to submit this information , you should begin getting familiar with the CRM 2015 SDK which you will need to download and Build your project references, there are some usefull templates and code samples that may be of help.

    Also take a look at ADX Studio which has been used for Event Mangement Portal solutions for Dynamics CRM
