Issues pinning views - not staying or not going

Has anyone had issues pinning their views? Some of our users cannot get the pin to stay. I cannot get something pinned to my recents to leave for more than 10minutes. I unpin and then it's back. I've tried clearing my cache - I log out/ in a couple times a day. Not sure what the issue is. I'm thinking I will submit a ticket it if there's not a solution floating around here. Appreciate any help or ideas of things to try.

Can you please share the steps and screenshot, this could be an issue which might need you to log a case with MS support.

steps to recreate would be:

1) pin a view, refresh to make sure it was pinned (this always works)

2) unpin the view - disappears from the "pin" dropdown immediately after being unpinned

3) refresh and look at pinned views - the previously unpinned view is now there

It's happening for the queue item view. We started using the editable grid as the default for the queue item grid, and it seemed like the pinning issue was associated with but I am not sure, might be coincidence
