I have GP2015R2 installed on my laptop with Fabrikam. The ACA and Safe Harbor codes are missing. Is this a known issue?

Apparently, they are missing if you do a "re-add sample company data" in GP Utilities.
The solution is to run the various "insert into upr40105" SQL statements in this word document:
