A Get Change Operation on HR_Benefit_Setp failed

Client just upgrade to Gp12.00.1801 and to get latest payroll updates. We are getting the above error when selecting a Benefit code from the Benefit setup window. The system seems to let us continue but concerned something is wrong here. We get the same issue on our Live and Dev system and even in a newly created Fabrikam company. Could be a bug but wanted to put it out there in case anyone is seeing the same issue

After a little more digging, we found that the HRM Forms dictionary failed to upgrade. We recreated the dic and re-imported the package file with the modified form and everything looks good now.

Thanks Terry - It's odd that both their Development instance and their live instance produced the same result. We'll create a support ticket and report back it's something else.

    Hi Bob,

This is not something we are seeing across all clients.  We did make a table change to this table in the year end update to support the ACA changes, it looks like something may have failed with utilties or there is a dictionary problem.  Below is a link to a blog that talks about our table changes in year end so you can verify other tables as well.

Depending what you find, you may want to create a case if the upgrade was bad.  Thanks
