I've integrated the email of gmail and dynamics using server side sync.

now, i can send an email from dynamics and have it sent through the gmail account.

But when someone answers the sent email, i cant find the incoming email on dynamics (but can naturally see it on gmail interface).

What should I do?

if using advanced find, it is under email message.

I checked and it doesnt fail.

I think it works, my question is where should i look in the dynamics UI for the incoming emails.

Hi,

try to test the mailbox , if the incoming is failed, there should be a meaningful error message provided.
