Business Central cannot integate with Power BI (AADSTS700016)

Dear support team,

Business Central environment wasn't able to integrate with Power BI, please check the error message below

AADSTS700016: Application with identifier '46c45d35-0a48-497c-a51d-92496906c601' was not found in the directory '224fc079-5a2b-4b4e-9d44-954cee7fb165'. This can happen if the application has not been installed by the administrator of the tenant or consented to by any user in the tenant. You may have sent your authentication request to the wrong tenant.

If you contact the administrator, send this information to him.
