Hi Team, is there any possibility in Navision 2016 to do the Customer Invoice knock-off with payment on a FIFO basis automatically in Navision 2016? Thank you,

If you use the application methode code "Apply to oldest" in your customer card then payments posted towards this customer will always be applied to the oldest open invoice.
