AppSource is a marketplace for apps for Dynamics 365 platform. You can't install AppSource, it's a website.

Do you have any procedure on how to insert the whole app?
Yes, the solutions that you can purchase from AppSource are add-ins to Dynamics 365 products. So, once they are purchased and installed, you can use them inside your Dynamics 365 system.
For example, in the ExFlow app page (appsource.microsoft.com/.../signup-software-ab.6ab72dd1-c723-4e80-b92d-163752431a81 you have a button "Contact me". You should click it to get in contact with the company that is selling the app. They will let you know how you can buy and install it.
I know Nikolaos.Exflow only for example in my question.
If I have code for X app, Y app, or anyhow to install that is my question.
I know if I purchase they will share. But does anyone have procedural steps to install app?
The app is a deployable package. Or, the vendor might also give you the models.
The exact installation steps depend on the solution. May I ask why you need this information?
