Bank account already linked

Fresh setup of a new company. 

Attempted to create a new linked bank account. Input username/password for my bank (Chase). 

I get an error that says:

"No new bank account is created or linked because all online bank accounts are already linked." 

No bank accounts exist as I'm setting up the first one. I've also tried creating the bank account and then linking it and I get the same error. I'm not sure what to do at this point as I can't contact MS tech support about this feature not working.

    Hardwerk,

    That could be the issue. I would subscribe and this could solve itself.

    It looks like I'm just doing a trial vs having a subscription. I thought I had signed up. Maybe this is an item they shut off unless you have a license. They could say that somewhere. I honestly don't know how to buy it at this point. I tried..

    Yeah, they wouldn't let me enter a ticket. Only a virtual assistant which was not helpful.

    Is it accurate I can't enter a ticket or am I just doing it at the wrong place? I was doing it from Admin.  I don't have a partner as I signed up directly at Microsoft.

    OK, this is strange. Your best bet is to enter a support ticket with Microsoft BC Support. They will create a ticket with Yodlee on the issue. In the ticket mention:

    1. Consumer Name – This is found in the Envestnet Yodlee Bank Feed Service Setup page

    2. Bank Account: XXXX last 4 digits of the bank having issues

    3. Bank Login/URL....exact URL you use when you login to Bank online site and enter your login information.

    Hope this helps. Note that your Partner can enter a ticket if you cannot.

    Hardwerk,

    Question... On the Yodlee Bank Feed Setup you should see a Test Setup action. Was that Successful?

    By the way, my bank account shows "Not Linked" so it's clearly in error.

    I changed the feed to SEPA CAMT and then back to YODLEE11BANKFEED (which required to disable/enable the service). Unfortunately I still have the same issue.

    Also, it might be worthwhile to note, I mistyped the password to see if the same error message would show up and it did. So, this means it is an error message coming from BC prior to authenticating.

    Hardwerk,

    Try this... from the "Edit - Envestnet Yodlee Bank Feeds Service Setup" page and selected "Actions" - "Show Advanced Settings" and changing the "Bank Feed Import Format" to something different and then back to "YODLEE11BANKFEED"., essentially resetting the service...

    If you are using AMC Banking, you might have to contact them for assistance.
