Can't Install App on Production - works fine on Sandbox

Hi I'm able to install the Jet Analytics App from appsource in my sandbox environment for BC, but not in production. There is no error message, only a job ID provided in the failure notification. The products support and service teams are not familiar with this issue and were unable to provide any guidnace. How would I troubleshoot this?

Hi, I tried Jet Analytics and it seems to work fine.

Is the production environment region different from other Sandboxes?

When you are talking about the support and service team is that the support and service team at app publisher?

Because they are the once that should be able to assist you here.

Can you link to the app you try to install?
