Please help! We are upgrading this week-end and I have been tasked with formatting all the documents and I have run into a problem. How do I get rid of the US$ on the SOP documents? I tried to do the formatting in Report Writer, but it is not pulling it into the template, so I looked at all my options when I have the template open in Word and I cannot see anything there.
Any advice would be helpful.

After you made the change in Report Writer, did you create a new template based off of the previous design?
Whenever you make a change in Report Writer, you need to create a new template based off of the previous design. The Word Templates don't retain an active link to the initial Report Writer report on which it is based.
There are some XML workarounds for this as well that you may be able to locate on the forum as well, but I usually use the process above.
