ReportOne of my users is receiving an error every time he try's adding a contact to an account or when he clicks the magnifying glass in the add contact section. When I convert the error codes to hex they both become 80040216 which is an UnExpected Error on http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/gg328182.aspx . I've asked all the other CRM user to try and replicate his error, but they have no issues. Does anyone know what I can do to resolve these errors.
