hi guys, is it possible to have a document in the purchase order before you receive it which has the following infor
vendor, items, totals and chain of approvers all on the same document?given that  the purchase order would have come from the p.quote and approved by several people

    Sorry, maybe I didn't fully understand your needs.
    Do you want to create an attachment? Report? Or a new purchase order?
    No matter what, you can send this data to the recipient when you initiate the approval process.
    This will require some customization though.

    yes, it is possible to have such a document created from a purchase quote and includes all necessary details along with the chain of approvers before any goods are received. This is the quote and quote approval processes before it becomes a sales order.
