I' have a My Ms Dynamics GP Ws Client implemented with GP 2013. I would like to know if it can work with GP 10. I've tested with GP 2010 and It's worked great.

I have my client application which communicates with our customers which have different versions of dynamics GP(GP 2013, 2010 and GP 10). I've developed my client with GP 2013. and I don't want to develop separate clients for each my Customers GP version. That's why I would like know whether my client will work with the previous versions.
otherwise is possible to install the GP WebService 2013 in top of a previous versions of Dynamics GP( GP 2010 and GP 10).

Why wouldn't you just use the same version for GP and Web Services like it is intended?
We can't say the client developed GP 2013 web services data will work with GP 10 web service. Because, few of the resources (GP tables/functions/WS methods and etc.,) are changed in each release of Dynamics GP. So, based on the resource changes, this may works or may not works.
Note: I would not recommend you to use the cross version of Web Services.

My Question was to know if I could use my client developed with Web service GP 2013 to query/create/Update data with an Dynamics GP 10 Web service.(Dynamics GP 10 is installed with his Web Service version) and I have an external application Client working fine with GP 2013 can i use this application with CP 10.
I doubt that is supported. You issue would be that between GP2010 and GP2013 there have been a tremendous amount of table changes due to the new features in Great Plains and you would run into fields that the system is trying to map and no place for the field to go to. I have never even seen the products launch when there is a version mis-match.
