I created a new integration to upload my sales journal to A/R. I'm testing it with 6 rows of data in my detail file. It runs successfully but when I check the batch in GP, only the last row of data has been imported. Why is it not picking up the other 5 lines of data?

You may also want to consider straight eConnect to import payable manual payments into Dynamics GP.
You may also use VKonnact tool for importing data into GP. VKonnact uses eConnect for the backend but shields the user from all of the eConnect complexities.
