Management Reporter Error - Object reference not set to an instance of an object

Management Reporter 2012.  V2.1.1033.30  

This error is returned when accessing Report Library Permissions.   This is a recent migration from Frx and the first attempt to set these permissions.  Everything else is working.  I can provide event viewer log if it would be of help to anyone.
