I want to save backup data in remote desktop computer. I use my desktop computer for store operation manager. Sometimes I create new items and check sales report something like that through remote desktop computer with store operation manager. But I cannot save backup data in remote desktop computer.

Is there any way so that I can save in remote desktop computer?

Thank you for your answer in advance.

Microsoft SQL Server will only save data to what windows thinks is a native hard drive.  If you are on the same network LAN then you could possibly map your drive.  If using RDP you could use drive sharing (found under local resources and devices).  Both of these make your local drive show as natively attached to the remote computer.
