Dears,

Kindly I am having an issue regarding integration between Axapta and CRM using the Dynamics connector

the issue is I cannot map the createddatetime of the sales order in Axapta to the createdon field on CRM ?

so that whenever an order comes from Axapta to CRM it is recorded into CRM with the datetime.now

and this makes all reports not "Reliable" ?

any help where I can map such column from Ax to crm using the connector ?

the "createdon" field in CRM is not customizable outside of the DB. The field you want to use here is "overriddencreatedon". See if that helps

Dear Simon so where can I map such column ? it deoesnt appear on the connector ?

If the field is not present in the Customer map then I think you have to solve it outside of the Connector.

I would try a plugin on create of Order that issues a web service request to AX to get the datetime of creation, then set the overriddencreatedon field to that.
