Hi experts,

As per subject matter, any idea or was there any recent announcement that it can be hosted by another cloud platform such as AWS?

If yes, additional effort needed, as is based on AWS protocol to ensure that it can be hosted. I believe the configuration in AWS would be the same. But for AX side, any additional configuration needed for AXR3 or AX7?

Hi Ethan,

I assume you mean AX 2012 R3 with AXR3? You can host this on Azure as well as any other cloud provider such as AWS. The new Microsoft Dynamics AX (aka AX7) is currently only suitable for Azure. There will be an update later where this will also be supported for private cloud. In that update you can choose your own location where to host it.
