I need to trigger plugin on stage process change .
Is there any way to trigger plugin in CRM.

Hi Tin,
I am not sure about plugins (there may be some ways) but if you are on D365, you can trigger workflows on stage change i.e. create real time workflow on the Business Process Entity and call your custom workflow activity.

To fire a plugin on the stage change, I expect you could register a plugin on the Update message, with FilteringAttributes = activestageid
You should be able to add a plugin on Update with filtering attribute Traversed Path at least.

There are several options here, but it is not clear cut.
Your plugin would have to run on the pre-update message.
