    Hello Jai,

In your Visual Studio project, set a break point in your plug-in class. In your Visual Studio project, select Debug > Attach to Process. Select the PluginRegistration.exe process and click Attach. You should see that the Plug-in Registration tool is now running in debug mode.

    Hi Jai

I know your question is related to Prfiler based debugging, have you ever tried Visual Studio Remote Debugger for debugging plugins. This option is only for On-Prem but I found its a much more stable option than profiler

Please visit the links below if you would like to know more about it

What does the error contain are you sure it's not just an exception?

Does it contain some text similar to this:

    [PluginProfiler.Plugins: PluginProfiler.Plugins.ProfilerPlugin]

[e593b253-abb2-e811-a963-000d3ad24077: PricePerUnit.PricePerUnitChange: Update of opportunityproduct (Profiler)]
