Need a solution for user submitted form details in email to multiple user.

Hello,

I am using marketing module of Dynamic 365.

How can I email the details filled by user on marketing form which is available on marketing page. ?

Also how can I access the back end list of form insights ?

It's  Urgent !

    Hi Advait,

    1. Every fields on marketing form are mapped to eixsting fields of contact entity, so you could add contact's submitted data via Contextual data by assis-edit:

    1.1 Assis-edit is in email content editor:

    1.2 select Contexual type data:

    1.3 If the field on marketing form has been mapped to an existing field of contact, then just choose the item you want by its display name:

    You could create a simple customer journey to see these dynamic contents before send the marketing email to your contacts.

    2. Currently Insights data could only be accessed by Azure Blob storage and be viewed in PowerBI, and you might pay for the service.

    The published and supported method by code is that we could only get WebsiteClicked or WebsiteVisited interactions data based on a specific contact:

    While there is an unsupported and unpublished method which could allow us to acess marketing email insights data.(unfortunately it's not marketing form)
