Hi there

We have change based alters to QA orders. But recently it stopped.

Can any one suggest what could be the reason.

Hi Martin

I am not sure. Can you suggest how get an alerts when new quarantine order is created.

I have created an altert in "Manage alert rules" form, but nothing is happening.

Is batch job is necessary for getting an change based alert?

Please help

Please read the link I gave you above. Already the second sentence there says that "Batch processing must be set up before alerts can be delivered."

Yes, batch job most run. You can setup this job under Basic - Periodic - Alerts - Change based alerts.
