Hi,
We have just switched from a G7 EPOS system to Micrsoft RMS and I am finding diffuculty in running reports without listing transactions seperatly.
For example I would like to see how many of a particular item has sold within a catagory, listing On Hand, Description, Qty Sold, ILC, etc but how ever I arrange the coloums I either get the transactions broken down or have to expand through the grouping to view all relevent information which makes it difficult to read.
Hope I am making sense, and any help would be gratefully recieved.

It sounds like you are using the Detailed Sales Report.
Have you tried the Item Movement Report? It can be modified to include a column for On Hand. A link to our customization guide can be found below:
