Sales Statement Message Entry Window - Unable to change Messages

Our Customer is able to access the Sales Statement Message Entry window, but they are unable to change the messages. I tested security on our test install of GP and I created a new user and gave them access to Statements, Reprint Statements, and Print Statements and I was able to change the message. The customer has access to the same options and she is unable to change the messages.

I've attached a copy of her window and she cannot place the cursor across from any of the fields where the messages are.

Any recommendations?

Rochelle,

It looks like she can place her cursor on the first blank line under the messages? Can she type there? Even with Field-Level Security, I couldn't make it behave that way. Do they have Field-Level Security set on that scrolling window? Does this happen for all users? On all workstations? On all companies? Does it happen to the 'sa' user when logged in to Fabrikam?

This might help, try removing the access from the user and reapply them.
