Our Customer is able to access the Sales Statement Message Entry window, but they are unable to change the messages. I tested security on our test install of GP and I created a new user and gave them access to Statements, Reprint Statements, and Print Statements and I was able to change the message. The customer has access to the same options and she is unable to change the messages.
I've attached a copy of her window and she cannot place the cursor across from any of the fields where the messages are.
Any recommendations?
