Relate a contact with multiple accounts

What is the best way to have a contact that relates to multiple companies, like board members?

    Hi, as far as I know, the standard cannot do this, Person -> Company is 1 to 1. Unless you create multiple Persons, you cannot set them under other Companies.
    If you just want the contact information, I think you can use Ship-to Address instead.
    The Contact here is not associated with the Contact table and is entered manually.

    As far as I know, it's not possible to do this with contacts of the type 'Person' out of the box. However, it is possible with contacts of the type 'Company.' In your case, you would need to recreate the contact under each company. Alternatively, you can have 1 contact of the type 'Company' that is associated with all your customers. This contact would have all the board members under it as 'Person' contacts. The problem with doing this is if the customers need to have other unique contacts this will not work.
