Getting an error "There was an error processing your request. Please wait and try again later"

We are getting an error: "There was an error processing your request. Please wait and try again later"  when trying to add a filter request through the Outlook client, on the "Active Accounts" system view. It works with the French language (the system language) but not when use with English (added language pack).

CRM is on UR11.

Has this been fixed in other UR?

    COrrection. The CRM installation Languge is English and the French language pack was added.

    We also tested this further and found that this is a filter problem. We can reproduce the problem in the Web client. In account entity, select the "Active Accounts" view.  Make sure your view contain one or more columns that are of the "option set" type. Click on "Filter on the ribbon. Select an option set column and try to use the "Equal' or "Deos not Equal" operator. You get the error message "There was an error processing your request. Please wait and try again later". This only happens on a few option set field. ANd the worst part is this work flawlessly in French.

    This is ver weird. Does anyone has an idea of what might be causing this?

    OK, Another precision. This is defenetly a "Filter" issue. For example on a column where the filter works, il the field is an "option set" field you see this:

    But on an option set field where the Filter doesn't work, you don't see the available choices:

     

    And the worst part of this is that everything is working properly in French (added language pack) but it's not in the install language which is English. All fields are clearly marked as "searchable" and the fact that it works in French is also a proof of that. I'm at a lost on this one.

     

    Again, cutomer in CRM on Premise, UR11. This doesn't make sense.

    Hello,

    Check if the option set field has the special character as "&" in the option set value, if yes then remove it and change it to "and" with the help of below steps and verify if the issue still occurs :

    1. Navigate to Settings -> Customizations -> Customize

    2. Then open the Option Set that you are having problems with.  

    3. Review the values and for the value that has the "&" sign in it, change it to ‘and’

    4. Republish all your customizations.
