This is customization then. Please ask your developer to debug and check.
are you using quarntine or quality orders?
If nothing works, try restart AX services, and check for any customization in this area.
Moreover, you can check with some technical person to look at the code to diagnose further.

the confirmation button is also disabled
It seems like the something in the Sales order is changed and require re-confirmation. Could you please check if the confim button is enabled on first tab.

In this case it might be a good idea contacting a developer who could help you debugging this issue.
It might be a system modification that is responsible for this especially if your colleagues experience the same issue.

please note that this SALES ORDER Is not on hold and Ludwig i also checked with my login and others

Can you please also confirm if - this sales order is on hold?
Sales and marketing/Common/Sales orders/Open sales orders for customers on hold
and also check
its all ready set to NO
Hi, Please check if the customer is 'Invoicing and Delivery on hold'.
Customer > Invoicing and delivery on hold. Change the field value to 'None'.
