I have GP 10.0 and want to upgrade it to 2010, and don't know how.
2nd i need to find setup for business portal and install it on a test server, and can't find installation files
please help anyone

To be honest, if you don't know how to upgrade, then you are going to have to learn. Eithre from someone with experience, or from trial and error.
The actual process is straightforward - however experience really tells when things go wrong.
The upgrade information is very good - at least you will be on the correct service packs for GP and all of the supporting products etc. You will also see what upgrade path can be followed if you are jumping versions. So you will have a fighting chance!!
You will need to create a test enviornment and document the steps you take for each attempt (unless it goes perfectly first time - many times it does if you follow the instructions perfectly, but there are a number of variables, abd if you're also upgrading Busness Portal - well that just adds to the complexity).
Try it in a test enviornment and see how you get on.

Regarding the media for installation, if you are a customer (or) a partner who is in the service plan, you are eligible to obtain the media for GP 2010 Business Portal. You can raise a service request from VOICE from Customersource/Partnersource for more information.
