    Hi,

Data will be stored in Lead To Opportunity entity .

You can find this entity record from advanced find.

    Hi,

Can you please tell me the business process flow name?

It is based on business process flow name, system creates custom entity by the same name.

Processstage entity stores the bpf stage details.

    Hi Bipin Kumar

you overestimate my knowledge, I start using D365 only 2 month ago ca ....

    pastedimage1668523194055v1.png

in opportunity, on every step closure, I must start a little control (and send a mail to a user) .... so I need to know which is the column that contain the record that indicate the change of step.
Hope to be clear in my exposure ... my english is not so good

    Hi,

You need to trigger your flow on change of your bpf entity.

What is your bpf name, you will find Entity with same name?

You can also use crm workflow

    Hi Bipin Kumar

As I've said, you overstimate my knowledge ....

I dont know how retrieve the bpf flow name and I have never work on crm worflow.

I thought that in some column of the OPPORTUNITIES table there was a column where these steps are inserted and updated.... fields that can be managed. For example if I would open the step Offer and return to step develop, is that possible?

There is some detailed tutorial to study on this argument?
