Inventory Import Application Hang - RMS Version 1.3

While importing inventory on the PC which holds the store database, Manager freezes up. Then Task Manager shows two instances of SOMANAGER.EXE both of which are not responding.

I have followed the steps in the Knowledgebase article regarding Physical Inventory Count procedure and can successfully import the .txt file using TAB delimeter. But after the import completes, I attempt to do a COUNT and this is where the system freezes.

Since I don't really need to do the count (import file is from RGIS) , how do you "COMMIT" the imported inventory without doing it (thus eliminating the step where the system hangs). I see no COMMIT button on the Physical Inventory Page.
