Security in 2012: Privilege menu items

I created a class runBasebatch with menuitem , then the client wishes their users to have severely restricted access to the system. He want to affect this menuITem onlty for Accountant.

So i created new privilege and i drag and drop the menu item on it.

Please whitch step can i do to acomplish this todo?

    Dear Alex ,

    Now you created privilege, then next you need to create duty and assign privilege to it and finally create role and assign duty to the role.


    I think i have answered your question. Please reply if i am not complete in answering you.

    In standard AX, no user, other than these two would be able to access this menu

    1) System Admin

    2) who has access of this new privilege
