Sorry, I didn't get the problem. What exactly gets merged and how does it prevent you from summing up amounts?

    Hi Karthik,

This issue of cells getting merged is use to be due to the design issue.

if size of cells are not properly defined and in report some how text box overlap between column, hence this issue use to be there.

Please try to look into your report layout design.

    Please verify

    Hi karthik,

please download the existing report rdl file that matches with your report design. you can open that rdl file & design your custom report according to the source rdl file.

after development please do export the report to excel or any other format without any cell merging

    Hi Karthik,

if you have deployed reports in report server, then go the server and open the corresponding report( the report similar to your development report) then please find the attached snap to download the rdl file.

the downloaded rdl file is only for your reference. you can learn more concepts form the existing one.
