Release product is not working

The option to release a product in a company is not working for some products. I checked the product setup, but is ok. Some products is working and anothers aren't working. What could be?

Hi Rafael,

Can you explain if you get an error message or not? What exactly do you mean with "aren't working"?

I didn't get error message. Just the product do not show in "Released products".

Hi Rafael,

In that case, have a look at the form Open product releases, which can be found in Product Information Management > Periodic tasks. If those items appear on this form, you can actually open the Infolog per item to see what might be wrong.
