I had a system complete with RMS server and five POS lanes complete with OPOS cash draw, Epson T88v receipt printer and MetroLogic scanner.
The hard drive on one of my POS crashed. Now that it is repaired, how do I reinstall the rms client? Tks...

So it appears that you are re-installing RMS POS and not necessarily RMS client. If you are not in the Headquarters set up then I think you can figure out how to reinstall the RMS POS software provided you have your manuals. You will also have to get all the updates from microsoft to match up with the version on your 4 other registers. I have reinstalled at least every piece of software along with the updates numerous times and in a Headquarter environment. You can do it yourself, but obviously if you want to pay your partner to do it then it will be easier on you.
Varies greater depending on options in use, windows version, and your specific hardware. A partner would need to handle this.
Your partner would have to reinstall... it can get conplicated,, but they elso will need to reactivate the pos software...
