Hi D365 Community,
We are working with queues - so far so good.
Is there a chance to send an automatic email to the queue owner, when a new item has been added to the queue?

The queue and queue item have 1:N relationship, when a new item has been added to the queue, the queue lookup field on the queue item can be populated automatically.
So you can create one workflow to send email to queue owner automatically:
--Go to Settings > process:
--Trigger: create or queue lookup field change.
--Send email:
--Save and Active the workflow.
