Microsoft Dynamics GP (Archived)

Journal Entry Inquiry shows as PROCESSING.. how can I get out of that phase?

Hi Forum,

Customer said she is in Financial > Journal Entry Inquiry... the status shows as PROCESSING...  what can she do to get out of that PROCESSING phase?

    Ok, point of clarification.

    That window does not say STATUS it says REFERENCE and that is like saying COMMENT

    When the user opens an INQUIRY window, they can only look at the result of the inquiry.  So if the user is trying to do something with the JE, they will need to open the JE in a TRANSACTION window.

    Hope this helps.
