Business process flow is not showing when opened from lookup new

Hi,

I have some Business process flows on my case entity. When I opened new case it is showing fine.

But when I opened it from a related entity lookup +new, it just opened the case form but not showing the business process flow.

The version of CRM is 8.1.0.359 (DB 8.1.0.359)

Can any one have any idea.
