10Hello,
While trying to create e-mail out of a visit report the users receive the following error:
Also reports reffering to Visit Reports are failing as well.
Sometime without any intervention this function is working but only for a short period of time, like 10 minutes.
We have 4 SRS Data Connector servers which are connecting to an SQL cluster which holds the CRM database.
I have tried to figure out why is this happening but with no success. Tried to search the INTERNET about solution..again without success.
