Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Smart Cities/ Government Sector-India

Hi,
Greetings of the day. 
Recently I have seen videos of Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Field Service. Is that an add-on on top of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Higher version of Ax)? Does this product have other modules of ERP, like Financial Management, Sales, Purchase, Project Management, Manufacturing also?
Is there any other offering from Microsoft for Smart Cities/ Government sector? Anything for Indian Smart Cities in localised version/ app?

    Hi Dhan,

    Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Field Service is a CRM module and has nothing to do with ERP and AX.

    To add to Lu's comment, Field Service is a module of D365 Customer Engagement and it has a (growing) number of integration points with D365 Supply Chain: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/field-service/supply-chain-field-service-integration
