Is there any error message? You can check the event viewer.
You can also try reinstalling the client on the server side.

In addition, to refresh the data, you only need to use F5, there is no need to refresh the web page.

Hope this can give you some hints.
    Thanks.

    hi
Can you check if the service is up and running? If the database is also up?
What do you get specifically? Any errors or nothing?

You can check the event viewer and you should be able to see detailed error information.

    Thanks

This is the error showing in the event viewer
"Message (PrincipalOperationException): Please look in TransientTelemetry for further details.
Refreshing User Groups failed with ContextType: Domain.
    Exception: PrincipalOperationException"

    Hi
Can you try changing the user that runs the nav service and try another one, then restart the service again.
Is the error mentioned coming from the nav service?

It seems to be an AD authentication issue. Can you log in if you change it to NAVPassword?

    Thanks.
