Subscription Submitted remains 0

Hi people,

The documentation for Marketing insights states:

Subscription submitted

A contact clicked on the subscription center link sent to them in email, and then submitted the subscription center at least once, regardless of whether the contact changed their subscriptions or contact details.

However, when we test this we get confusing results. We clicked on the link, filled out the form and sent it:

However even after some time the count is still 0:

As an extra check we looked at the audit history of the contact and clearly the form was submitted and received:

How should we interpret this?

    Hi,

    It seems like a bug.

    I suggest you create a support ticket for professional assistance following the below procedure.

    Answering my own question here. We contacted Microsoft regarding this and it took them 2 months to come back with the answer that there was a field "subscription list" missing in the subscription centre. This still doesn't fix our problem though as we only use the subscription centre to have customers change the Do Not Allow Bulk Email field and Microsoft states that this can not be counted.
