Creating a Marketing list using Accounts

Hi Guys,

I want to create a marketing list from a list of Accounts I have tagged as Client. From what I understand the only contact that pulls into my Marketing list the "Primary Contact" within the Accounts I choose.

Within each of our Accounts I have created new fields called "Authorised Contact 1" and "Authorised Contact 2" which are populated using the lookup function etc.

What I want to be able to do is create a Marketing list which populates with my Authorised Contact 1 and 2 within the Accounts I have marked as Clients. So my understanding is I need to create the marketing list off Accounts and instead of primary contact flowing in, I need to change this so Authorised Contact 1 and 2 flow in, but im unsure of how to do this.

Any help on this will be good.

    Hey Guillaume,

You genious you. I was looking at this all wrong. Of course I should be creating the list based off contacts.

So I have made the list but it is only pulling in the Authorised contact 1 and not the second contact even though I have it setup correctly, I think. Have a look: ice_5F00_screenshot_5F00_20171114_2D00_161549.png

    Hi,

What I would do, is create a new marketing list for contact as you want contact in your marketing (at least you described it like that).

Then I would use the advance find functionality to add the contacts and set as criteria that they are referenced as "Authorised Contact 1" or "Authorised Contact 2" in their parent account.
