We are currently using AX 2012 R3 CU13 version.
As per the clients business challenge we have done a setup i.e., while releasing the sales orders the waves should be created and should be processed in a batch.This has been configured in the Warehouse management/setup/warehouse management parameters/wave processing.
Scenario : Client should process more than 100 sales orders per minute and should print packing slips
While performing the above scenario system is creating multiple batch jobs in which there are different tasks for the each wave created .
For eg :Let us have 3 sales orders SO1,SO2,SO3, now client released SO1 which created wave1 and being processed in batch 1 , within no time other customer is releasing SO2 which creates wave2 and now batch 2 will have two tasks i.e., wave1 + wave 2., similarly if we release SO3 batch 3 will have wave1+wave2+wave3. Due to this system is creating deadlocks which is affecting the system performance. If anyone of you has come across this issue , please let us know your views & understandings.
