We would like our ship to phone numbers to appear automatically on the sales orders.

I have tried everything with no success.

The ship to phone numbers are available but unable to see on the orders.

Please advise a simple solution without any coding if possible.

thank you.

    If you have already added the Ship-to Phone Number as Flowfield in Sales Header Table, you can define the proper CalcFormula to see the Phone No. at Sales Order. If you define the field as flow field, you do not need to add any code.

    If it is not helping you (in case of blank Ship-To Code at Sales Header), better you, create the normal field as "Ship-To Phone No," and write the code in Ship-to Code - OnValidate() function to update the Phone No. from Ship-To Address Master or Customer Master.

    Are you referring to adding the Phone No. on the Report or on the face of the sales order page.  When you mentioned it is available what do you mean is it available on the order or on the customer card ?

    By default the Ship-to Phone No. is not available on the order, so you need to add that field to the order as flowfield or regular field and then populate it on the sell-to customer no. validate/Ship-to Code Validate, so it involves little programming.

    Their is no shuch field by default available in Sales header. But you can Add and write single line code to transfer value where other values are assigned in "Ship to Code"-OnValidate as

    "Ship-to Phone" := ShipToAddr."Phone No.";

    if only one Shp to Code defined then you can use flowfield also, but best option will be to define one Field anf transfer value via code.

    You will have to mange to flow to other tables, but this can be done without writing any extra code if you make sure the field no is same in all other tables like 110,112 and 114.
