Dear Community Group ,

I would like to set up permissions for User A to access certain modules within D365 FO, enabling them to perform transactions related to sales orders. Below are the specific permissions required:

Create Sales Order
Edit Sales Order
Confirm Sales Order.
Trade agreement

Additionally, User A should have read-only access to the following modules:

Customer Information
Release Product
On-hand
Production order

what is the best pratics for doing this step ?

In addition to the, you can also create new Privileges, duties, roles for your specific requirement.

And assign the role to the users.
