Hello community,

my first post here, so first I'd like to introduce myself. My name is Stephan, 38 years, from germany.

I'm administrating a CRM (2016 with latest RU). The costumer sends lot of mails to his clients. We're using server-side synchronisation with an Exchange Server (latest RU). When the customers sends mails (nearly 20'000 at once) the sync is extremly slow. Yesterday morning they have send 16'500 mails and now there are already 6'000 to send.

It seems that the CRM is sending only ~100 mails per ~15 minutes.

I've spend so much time, but didn't found the mistake. The setup itselve works. The sending mailbox has its own throttlingpolicy which is working correctly.

The Exchangeserverprofile in CRM (under advanced tab) is set to 250 concurrent connections, the EAS-ConcurrentConnection Setting too.

Is there something, what I can do? Do you have a best practise setup for this mass of mails?

I don't have experience with these kind of numbers, but I would probably go for a dedicated mail or mail marketing solution if you are planning to send out these amount of emails.
