Hello everyone,
We are using the Field Service Mobile (Xamarin App) and when we're connected to the internet the customer asset entity is displayed. However, in offline mode the entity is not showing.
We need to configure offline capability for the Customer Asset entity.
Can please someone guide me and provide an example with screenshots if possible where I can make this configuration in Woodford or the place where it should be configured?
I saw the below article but I think it's for the new mobile version. Meanwhile, we are still using Xamarin.
